Enrollment services for K-12 schools

Be the school that's always there.

Ebby keeps your school in front of every family, from their first question to their first day.

Answers in seconds at any hour. A phone call from an admissions associate within five minutes during the school day. Follow-up that never drops. And one place where you see all of it.

Give us a mobile number and we will show you, not tell you.

The part nobody owns

Every school loses families the same way. Quietly.

Not to a better school. To a Tuesday afternoon when nobody was free. To a question asked at nine at night. To a parent who filled in your form, heard nothing for two days, and quietly decided that was their answer.

The distance between a family raising their hand and your school reaching back is the only stretch of enrollment nobody owns. It is not marketing and it is not admissions. It is presence, and presence is a staffing problem no school has ever been funded to solve.

That is the part we take.

We answer. We call. You meet them.

One family. Five ways to be there.

A parent asks on your website at nine at night, takes a call on Tuesday, answers a text on Thursday, and reads your email on Sunday with a cup of coffee. No single channel ever catches a family. Together, they never miss one.

01

The assistant on your website.

Answers a family's question the second they ask it, on your own pages, at any hour. It works from your programs, your calendar, and your visit options, and it re-reads your website continuously, so nothing it tells a family is out of date.

02

The phone.

An admissions associate on our team calls within five minutes during the school day. They introduce themselves honestly, answer the practical questions, and put the visit on your calendar. Tuition, aid, and fit go to your admissions director, every time.

03

Text.

A text goes out before the call, so the family knows who is ringing and from what number. After that they can reach you the way they reach everyone else in their life. One word stops everything, at once.

04

Email.

Follow-up that keeps going until the family answers, written in your school's voice and approved by you before a word of it is sent. A reply ends it on its own.

05

The dashboard.

Every family, every conversation, how fast each one was reached, which pages and which campaigns brought them, and what your season is worth in your own tuition numbers. Built so a head of school can read it in ninety seconds.

Five instruments, one team, one record. A family never has to reach out twice, and nothing about them is ever lost.

Every word is yours.

You approve the call script and every message before it reaches a family. It sounds like your school because you wrote it with us.

100% message approval
Every inquiry timestamped
FERPA/COPPA built in

Ebby was built for K-12 from the first line of code. Family information stays inside your school's account, and every inquiry is timestamped, so you always know exactly how a family came to be contacted.

Who is behind it

You work with the person who built it.

Ebby was founded by Luke Harris, previously Chief Revenue Officer at GoGuardian, used by more than 25 million students, where he closed and served New York City, Chicago, Los Angeles, and Clark County alongside small independent schools running on the same tools.

Every Ebby school onboards with him directly and keeps his line afterwards. Not a support queue, and not a ticket.

More about us

Your calendar fills. Your afternoon opens up.

No list to work through, no wondering who was reached and who was missed. Your admissions office walks in to a morning of booked visits and spends the day showing families the campus, which is the thing that actually enrolls them.

The best part is not the hours you get back. It is how many more families get to see what you have built.

Don't take our word for it. Take the call.

Put in your name, your mobile number, and your school's website. You will get a text in seconds, an email right behind it, and a call from an admissions associate within five minutes.

Exactly what one of your families would get. That is the entire pitch, and five minutes is all it takes to judge it.

Fair questions.

Who actually calls my families?

Our team, and they say so. "Hi, this is Sarah, I'm calling on behalf of the admissions team at your school." They work from your programs, your calendar, and your visit options, refreshed from your website continuously. Tuition, aid, and fit always go to your admissions director, never answered on the call. You approve the script.

Is the assistant on my website a person?

No, and it never says it is. It answers from your own website, your programs, and your calendar, in your school's voice, and it hands anything it should not answer to a person. The phone call four minutes later is a person on our team, and she says so too. We would rather tell you plainly than have a family find out.

Is this a call center?

No. A call center works volume. Our team works your inquiries one family at a time, with a hard cap on call attempts and an instant stop the moment anyone asks. Nobody gets called twice in a day.

We are a small office and families expect to hear from us personally.

They still will, at the visit, which is the conversation that actually decides it. Our team makes sure they get a warm answer in five minutes instead of waiting for a window in your day. You inherit a booked visit and a family who already feels welcomed.

Do you answer our main phone line?

No. We reach out to families who contacted you. Your front desk stays yours.

What about consent and privacy?

A family who sends an inquiry with a phone number has invited the reply. We keep the timestamped record of every inquiry, one word stops the calls, texts, and emails at once, and family information stays inside your school's account. Details on the About page.

How much work is this for us?

One line of code on your website, about thirty minutes, and an hour to approve the script. Everything after that arrives written.

What if it doesn't work for us?

Then you don't pay. 90 days, no fine print.

Your next class is reaching out right now.

Let's make sure they feel it, and let's get them on campus.

Or leave a mobile number and we will call you in five minutes. Fifteen founding seats at $2,500.
