What we do

Everything between a family reaching out and standing on your campus.

Five instruments, one team, and one record of every family. This is the detailed version. The short version is on the home page, and the fastest version is to give us your mobile number and let us show you.

Every way in, one place they land

However a family reaches you, we already have it.

Your website
One line of code, and we are answering on your pages.
Your inquiry form
You forward its notification to one address we give you.
Your contact form
Same address, same result.
Your admissions software
Forward its new-inquiry notification. No integration project, and nobody touches your student information system.
Your ad campaigns
The lead notification email goes to the same address.
Old lists and exports
Send us the spreadsheet and we start again, gently.

Families can text us too, on a real number, and that conversation lands in the same place as everything else.

Setup is one line of code, one forwarding rule, and an hour with our founder to approve the words.

The assistant on your website.

A family reading your Grade 6 page at nine at night asks a question and gets a real answer before they close the tab. Not a form, not a promise that someone will be in touch, and not a set of canned replies. An answer to the question they actually asked.

What it knows.

Your programs, your calendar, your visit options, your admissions steps, and whatever else is on your website. It re-reads your site continuously, so a date you changed this morning is the date it gives a family this afternoon.

What it is not.

It is not a person and it never says it is. Anything it should not answer, it hands to a person. It will not discuss tuition, financial aid, or whether a family is a fit for your school, and it will not guess.

What it does next.

It offers the visit, takes the mobile number, and starts everything else in this list.

One line of code on your site, about thirty minutes of somebody's time.

Instrument

A phone call in five minutes.

This is the part nobody else does, and it is the reason a family remembers your school.

Who calls.

An admissions associate on our team. They introduce themselves honestly: "Hi, this is Sarah, I'm calling on behalf of the admissions team at your school." Never as your staff, and never as a vendor.

When.

Within five minutes during the school day. Base coverage is 8am to 5pm school-local, Monday to Friday. A family who reaches out at nine at night gets the answer and the text immediately, and the call first thing the next school morning. The text tells them when. Evening and weekend phone coverage is available.

What they say.

The script you wrote with us and approved. They answer the practical questions, they know which pages the family was reading, and they get the visit onto your calendar on your real availability.

What they never say.

Tuition, financial aid, and whether a family is a good fit go to your admissions director. Every time, on every call, with no exceptions and no judgment calls made on our side.

The limits we hold.

A hard cap on call attempts. Nobody is called twice in a day. One word from a family stops the calls, the texts, and the emails at once, across every channel.

The part nobody else does

A person calls. Four minutes after the question.

Follow-up that stops when it should.

Most families do not answer the first time, and following up is nobody's whole job, so it becomes the thing that waits for a free hour that never arrives.

Text.

A text goes out before the call so the family knows who is ringing and from what number, which is the difference between an answered call and a missed one. After that, families can reach you by text the way they reach everyone else in their life, and those conversations land in the same place as everything else.

Email.

Follow-up that keeps going until the family answers, in your school's voice, approved by you before a word of it is sent. When a family replies, it stops on its own. Nothing for your team to write, and nothing to remember.

One word stops everything, on every channel, immediately.

One page that answers what your board asks.

Everything lands in one place. Not a report we send you, and not a quarterly review. A page you can open on a Tuesday.

01Every family, and every conversation, logged
02Who reached each family, and how fast
03Which pages and which campaigns brought them
04Booked visits, and the follow-up that produced them
05Pipeline value, in your own tuition and your own close rate
06What families are actually asking, grouped by theme

Line 03 is the one schools do not expect and use the most. You find out that the page you were about to cut brings you eleven families a month, and that the campaign you renewed brings you none.

Line 06 reads every conversation and tells you what your families keep asking about, which is usually not what your website leads with.

Built so a head of school can read it in ninety seconds, and so nobody has to ask us for a number.

Setup

Thirty minutes, and an hour of your voice.

Week one.

We learn your school. Your programs, your calendar, your visit options, your admissions steps, your voice. We write your call script and your messages together, and you approve every word before anything reaches a family.

Week two.

We go live. One line on your website, one forwarding rule on your inquiry form, and every family who reaches out from that moment is answered in seconds and called within five minutes during the school day.

Every week after.

You get the picture. Who came in, who we reached, how fast, what is booked, and what your season is worth in your own numbers.

Nobody touches your student information system. No integration project, no IT ticket, no data migration.

We stop where your judgment starts.

Not your tour. Not your interview. Not tuition, and not financial aid. Not a judgment about whether a family belongs at your school. Not your main phone line, which stays yours. And not your student information system, which we never touch.

We want the part your team never has time for, and we want you to have your afternoons back.

Enrollment, run instead of counted.

Enrollment stops being something you count in April and becomes something you run all season.

Or leave a mobile number and we will call you in five minutes.
